There’s a new website flipping product available. It’s called Flip Noobs and the sales page claims that it is NOT another over-hyped product that promises you riches, but instead, a how-to-guide on website flipping that can get you started making anywhere from $1000 - $5,000+ a month using the steps that are outlined inside the ebook.

Now, typically, I’d just brush off a “noob” guide to website flipping and click the back button, assuming it’s just another marketer trying to make a few bucks off the current website flipping buzz by telling you less than what I’ve told you for free on Flippin’ Fridays. However, when I realized that the author was Jason Pereira, a.k.a. The University Kid, it peaked my interest. I don’t know Jason on a personal level, but I do know that he’s the real deal and has made a solid amount of money flipping websites.

Now, I was going to wait until the end of the review to tell you the price , but it’s important to let you know what it is up front.

Jason is selling Flip Noobs for $14.95!

I didn’t see much hype (actually almost none) leading up to this ebook release and I’m going to be honest with you guys, even though I was pretty sure Jason wouldn’t release a load of crap on his readers, I wasn’t expecting too much from a “noob” guide with a price tag of $14.95.

I downloaded Flip Noobs and was greeted with a Suite surprise.

First Impression Of Flip Noobs

Despite making a very respectable sum of money from website flipping (anywhere from 10k-20k/monthly), Jason starts off with a very humble intro letting you know that he is no guru and even admits that he still has no coding or design skills. He also comes across very friendly without hyping himself up like many authors try to do. After just a few sentences of introducing himself, he skips leaves out the usual fluff and gets straight to the point. Just the way you like it, right?

The Basics Of Website Flipping For Flip Noobs

Here’s a brief rundown on what’s covered in this guide. I was impressed with the details and the easy-to-follow style of writing Jason used to get the steps across in a way that is easy for anyone (even the inexperienced) to follow. He avoids using any terminology that might confuse a “noob”, which is great if you’re just getting started.

Flip Noobs covers all of the following preparation in detail and what makes this extremely noob-friendly is the Site Set Up section. If you’re new to setting up Wordpress and hosting, Flip Noobs provides an extremely detailed guide that you can easily understand.

Here’s what’s covered in the first section:

• Choosing A Domain
• Niche Recommendations
• Site Set Up
• Choosing A Theme
• Design And Content
• Selling Your Site
• Transferring Your Site

Coming from an experienced website flipper, the way Jason describes all of the above in great step-by-step detail (including quite a few screenshots for visual guide!), the book could have ended here and received a thumbs way up from me, especially for a measly fifteen bucks. But, Jason takes it a step further by adding a few extras.

There’s Extras For Flip Noobs!

Like I said above, $14.95 is already a crazy deal without the extra tips that Jason includes at the end of Flip Noobs. The following tips / bonus that he gives you at the end makes it a steal.

Obviously, I’m not going to give it away, but here are the general subjects of the tips:

• A couple specific ideas on how to get extra money out of your flips and create additional income streams
• A real case study of one of Jason’s students that followed his coaching advice
• Ideas on creating consistent cash flow and increased sales

Bonuses Too!

It sounds ridiculous after listing all of that, but Flip Noobs is currently including an additional 3 free bonuses when you order. One is another report on making money an even easier way (but still flipping) so that you can build quick capital if you are totally broke and need to make a few quick bucks to start the regular website flipping with the Flip Noobs guide.

Flip Noobs Conclusion

I’m going to be honest with you guys. Some of the stuff listed in Flip Noobs can be found on my site and around the Internet in general if you hunt it down. But, I haven’t seen a newbie guide dedicated to website flipping as extensive as this for this kind of price. Plus, you’re getting the information from an experienced website flipper.

The other thing is you get some great follow up tips to begin the next level when you’re ready (not to mention the bonuses).

Except for a few possible minor details, I’ve personally gone through flips the way they are listed in this book, and I’m verifying that you can make money by following it. It’s DEFINITE that you can make your fifteen bucks back. Actually, you can get that much back just using the bonus guide in one day if you want to!

There’s just one thing though. I’ve stated it many times, and Jason does in his Flip Noobs as well. You need to take action!
