How Justin Brooke Tried To Stop Me From Flipping Websites

There you have it guys, that’s how it went down. I think it’s all over now though and I got a free t-shirt out of the deal from Justin Brooke’s Site Flip Academy!
Truth be told, I actually got a lot more than that from Justin Brooke. A few months back, I was searching for website flipping info from people who were doing it on a bigger level than I was at the time. Justin Brooke’s Site Flip Academy seemed like the perfect place to help me kick it up a notch. However, I had years of experience online with building sites, etc. and I wasn’t sure if the membership was right for me. I had already sold a decent sized site network, and had successfully flipped a couple sites, but there was a few specific things that I wanted to learn and tools I wanted to add to my arsenal.
So, I contacted Justin Brooke and gave him a brief rundown of where I was at, as far as skill level, and what I’ve done as far as selling websites was concerned.
Now, here’s what led me to knowing the guy was for real. First, he made it obvious that he actually read my email (how many times do marketers write back to you at all, let alone actually reading your email. lol). Also, he suggested something else for me instead of attempting a ninja sales tactic on me to get me to join something I didn’t need.
After that, I ended up buying a “small chunk” of website flipping info from Justin’ Brooke’s membership that he had available separately and it was extremely solid. This guy really knows his stuff, and it goes far beyond website flipping! He has serious skills in SEO, traffic building and several other areas (I’m sure there’s secret ninja skills that I don’t even know about).
He’s turned those SEO and traffic skills into a monstrous offer to help your site dominate the SERPs for it’s keywords. I’ve yet to see any offer like his before and I don’t think it exists.

You know, even as a non-flipper, I’m certain these strategies would be helpful for my blogging and web publishing needs. One thing you flippers seem to have down are mad keyword research skills and as everyone knows, that is essential for a successful niche site or blog of any kind.
So when is YOUR book/videos/crazy big-headed tshirt coming out? Waiting…

Freakin awesome dude! I knew Justin was a sum bee like that man! I’ve had brief dealings with him, he actually answered my emails as well. Not related to site flipping but still….the sum bee had the nerve to ask the Jay to stop flipping?
FUNKDAT!!!! I’m rolling by his house and I’m gonna fling something at him but it won’t be sites! I’m flinging frozen rib sammiches on his front lawn, all the neighborhood dogs will congregate on there and bring down his property value so that he will have to resort to house flipping and then get in trouble with PETA when he tries to fling one of the puppies!

Jay, I am not gonna lie. Even without the watermelon your head looked super big today. I think it has to do with the fact that I couldn’t see your neck. But I am now a believe as to how big your head really is.
As for site flipping I am going to have to start going through all of your old posts to find so valuable info. I have just begun my first site flipping project.

Dude, you’re really starting to scare me - I might have to call your wifey and have a chit chat about you spending less time in front of your huge as monitor and more time eating healthy and sleeping.
And no, Tim Hortons coffee is not considered to be a food group, neither is Ramen Noodles…
One last thing.. No more scaring little kids while you’re walking the dog. I’m not sure kids enjoy getting donuts thrown at them by some man in his house coat.

J, thanks for the hook up on Justin Brooke. Dude is awesome with his SiteFling videos. Wow! I have learned so much over the past two days it is crazy. And he is very intense and passionate about his business. You can really feel it in his videos. I subscribed and have been chatting with him.
